Meet Sam

I am a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a diverse background in nursing, leadership, and family-centered care. My experience spans women’s health, emergency medicine, correctional healthcare, and healthcare education, all focused on helping individuals find stability, strength, and hope during challenging times. I began my mental health career working with adolescents in acute and residential settings and have since supported adults and families in assisted living, including those recovering from substance use and reintegrating after incarceration.

My approach centers on meeting people where they are and supporting their goals through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. I believe mental health care is most effective when it considers the individual, family system, and environment, and I strive to create a space where patients feel supported, understood, and guided toward practical solutions. Outside of work, I am a mother of six who enjoys exploring culture, history, music, and reading.

I bring compassion, adaptability, and authenticity to every patient interaction.
